Lu, the Customer Service Manager, went above and beyond to ensure my partner and I had a wonderful experience, even upgrading our room without us asking. However, the room we had lacked a separate shower and was a bit small for our liking. Overall, this hotel offered great value for money and made our stay in Hanoi truly special.
